I am not one to write reviews about places, not even places I would recommend to people, but the customer service and courtesy provided to me right from the beginning was extraordinary. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile by Isabelle, and from there I was supported in every way I needed. I could tell it would have been frustrating for all of my questions (since this is the first time I have rented a storage unit), but I met with patience and compassion that I knew the whole billing process etc.Thank you Isabelle for the wonderful experience

Never pleased with having to store my stuff, but it's nice when someone makes it easy. Isabelle and her team had a locker in a suitable size for a reasonable price. So that fits the need. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to navigate. 9 stars out of 10.

You Isabelle and Ken were very helpful, they made me feel comfortable and did not hesitate to help me even though I arrived few minutes before closing timeThey also took their time to explain and show me around in detail how to serve myself at the storage

I was a customer at this Public Storage location for over five or six years. The service and facilities were excellent, clean, secure, and very accessible. If I need a storage locker in the area again, it'll be here. I was VERY pleased with my entire tenure. Surprised, even!

Great place. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. Probably the best public storage experience I've had.

I have rented a locker here for many years. I have never had any problem with access at any time. The billing was professional and accurate and increases in the rate charged were infrequent and reasonable. Although I rarely needed to contact the office, when I did they were polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this public storage location.

Lovely staff here who were so kind to help get us settled into our unit at short notice.I was contacted just moments after submitting a booking via the website and was able to move in that afternoon. So fast!Facility is very clean and secure.They also have a great range of packing supplies if needed.We got a 5*5 and the space was more than enough for us (no furniture) very high ceiling so can stack many boxes/bags.

I used Public Storage in New Westminster for 2 years. My locker was clean and secure and all my things were in the same condition as when I first put them there. When it was time to move them I only had to give 2 days notice. I would use Public Storage again.
